Dawnette D. Dakins, 41, of Fort Wayne, passed away Friday, May 18, 2012. She was born Nov. 19, 1970. Surviving are her sons, Tyler Hines and Kory Carpenter; father, Jim Dakins and twin brother, Dustin Dakins. She was preceded in death by her mother, Susie Cooper and brothers, Chad and Derrick Cooper. Memorial Service is 5:00 pm Thursday at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Home, Winchester Rd.
