Deborah K. Jackson, 49, of Fort Wayne, passed away Sunday, April 26, 2015. She was born on October 1, 1965 in Fort Wayne to Meredith “Jack” and Dorothy Jackson. She worked as homemaker. Surviving family include her husband, Brad Shively; daughter, Sarah Jackson; mother, Dorothy Jackson; brother, Jeff Jackson; sister, Pamela Runkel; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in passing by her father and a brother, Ricky. A funeral service will be 2:00 pm on Friday, May 1, 2015 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Burial will be in Prairie Grove Cemetery.
