Deborah M. "Debbie" Tuttle, 65, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on October 25, 2023. She was born on November 17, 1957 in Malone, NY.
Debbie grew up in rural upstate New York and had a distinct passion for reading and collecting books. She found solace and inspiration in the written word, and her extensive book collection was a testament to her love of literature. After graduating from Brushton-Moira High School in 1976, she pursued her higher education at the College of New Rochelle where she earned a BA .
Her happiest years were spent living and working in New York City, particularly her time at Simon & Schuster. In pursuit of new opportunities, she also lived and worked in Seattle before retiring to Fort Wayne. Debbie benefited from the support and care of her family throughout her life.
Debbie is survived by her sisters, Maxine Martin, Linda Teeter, Rebecca Baldwin and Trish Oetinger; their families and friends; and relatives across the country. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Elaine Tuttle and Shannon Steffen.
