Debra S. Schwalm, 26, of Fort Wayne passed away on January 6, 2014. She was born on October 24, 1987 to the late Dale and Donna (LaFever) Schwalm. Surviving are her siblings, David (Kim) Schwalm and Dawn Schwalm; nephews, Logan and Austin; and niece, Alivia. A funeral service will be 10:30 am on Friday, January 10, 2014 at Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne with visitation one hour prior. Memorials may be made the family.
