DONALD C. "RED NECK" RICHARDS SR., 72, of Fort Wayne, died on Monday, March 25, 2013. Born Sept. 18, 1940, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Edward Richards and Clara (Stouffer). He was a driver for commercial motor freight for years, retiring in 1990. Surviving are his daughters, Lyndale Hart, Avonia (Eddie) Fowlkes and Tina Richards; son, Donald Richards Jr.; sister, mary Wilkinson; seven grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Norma (Stookey); siblings, Frank, Rosie and Ronald; and grandson, Chase. Service is 10 a.m. Friday at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with visitation one hour prior. Burial in Concordia Cemetery Gardens. Arrangements by C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St.
