Donald E. Stearns, Jr., "Spike", age 77, passed on July 14, 2023, in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Fort Wayne the son of the late, Jean Cook & Donald Stearns, Sr. He graduated from North Side High School in 1964.
He retired from Dana Corp. after 46 years. He enjoyed golf, nature, travel and entertaining family & friends. He was a loving and doting husband to his wife. Spike's spot on wit, humor and sarcasm will be greatly missed.
Survived by his "Darling" wife, Kathy, sisters Debbie (Ray) Walters, Becky (Doug) Derringer, children Barbara Easterwood, Amy Thomas, Robin Stearns, Mary Jo (Mike) Tokar, step-son Tye (Tiffany) Campbell, grandchildren Zach, Shelby, Haley, Justin, Bailey, Taylor, Connor, and many great grandchildren
There will be a private celebration of life on August 5, 2023.
