

Donna K. Koehl, 76, passed away August 16, 2015 at University Park Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born August 22, 1938 in Fort Wayne to the late Charles and Gertrude (Delanbaugh) Baumgartner. In addition to working as a homemaker, she had worked at many different retails stores, working at the Parkview Hospital Gift Shop prior to retiring . She was a member of Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Surviving are her children, Tami (Leonard Smith) Dennon, Tim Koehl, and Lisa Black; grandchildren, Brent Koehl, Brett Dennon, Steven Jones, Chelsea Koehl, Nick Black, Jaxon Koehl, Kylee Black, and Emary Koehl; sisters, Jackie Lude and Rebecca (Robert) Howe, and brothers, David (Bonnie) Baumgartner, Joe Baumgartner, and Daniel (Brenda) Baumgartner. In addition to her parents, preceding her in death was a sister, Charlene Cotterman, and grandchildren, Derek Dennon, Danielle Dennon, and Emma Black. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at 10 AM at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church, 1515 Barthold Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46808 with the Rosary being recited at 9:30 AM, prior to the service. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 19, 2015 from 2- 4 and 6-8 PM at Greenlawn Funeral Home, 6750 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46804 with the Chaplet of Divine Mercy beginning at 3 PM. A luncheon reception will take place at church immediately after mass concludes. Memorials may be made to the family for the grandchildren’s trust. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Memorial Park at a later date.
