Donnabelle Ruth (Branstrator) Sheley, 97, of Roanoke, passed on August 17, 2026. She was born January 31, 1929, in Allen County, Indiana, daughter of the late Howard and Merle (Williams) Branstrator. Donnabelle worked for U.S Rubber for seven years and retired from Prentice Products after 33 years of service. She was a loving mom, grandma, and great-grandma. Donnabelle enjoyed flowers and antiques. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Steve) Reddin; grandchildren, Lauren and Morgan Olry; and son-in-law, John Olry Jr. Donnabelle was also preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, James "Jim" Sheley; and granddaughter, Lisa Reddin Olry. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, August 21, 2026 at Elzey Patterson Rodak Home For Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809, with visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Burial to follow the service at Union Cemetery in Huntington. Memorial contributions may be made to Huntington Humane Shelter.
