Dorothy Louise Howe, age 93, of Fort Wayne, Ind., passed away on Monday, June 26, 2023, at Coventry Meadows, Fort Wayne. Born in Kingsland, Ind. she worked as a machine operator with Magnavox, retiring after 27 years. Dorothy loved to attend auctions, yard sales, and dining out but cherished time spent with her family and grandchildren the most.
She is survived by her children, Jerry L. (Linda) Howe, Darrel W. (Norma) Howe, Tanda Montgomery, Michael L. Howe, Tina K. Minick and Ricky L. (Judy) Howe Sr., all of Fort Wayne; 20 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde E. Howe; parents, Forrest and Emma (née Conrad) Dishong; sons-in-law, Louis Montgomery, and Andrew Minick.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Friday, July 7, 2023, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Mungovan Chapel, 2114 South Calhoun St., with calling one hour prior. Friends and family will also be received from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 6, 2023, at the funeral home. Interment in Fairview Cemetery, Bluffton, Ind.
