Dorothy Louise Mueller, 92, of Columbia City, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 13, 2022, at her home. She was born July 3, 1930, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, the daughter of Arnold Miller and Margaret Harnishfeger.
Dorothy was a former member of St. Andrews Catholic Church of Fort Wayne and also St. Roberts Ballermine Catholic Church of North Manchester, Indiana.
She is survived by her children, Douglas B. (Reda) Mueller, Jeffrey L. (Linda) Mueller, Marlene (Cornelio Sr.) Chacon; 9 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Glen Donald Mueller, in 1998; and their daughter, Laura Dawson.
A funeral service to honor Dorothy's life and legacy will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at D.O. McComb & Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, with visitation beginning at 9:00 am, 2 hours prior to the service. She will be laid to rest at Catholic Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
