He graduated from North Side High School in 2003. Douglas was a Clerk at the North Anthony Belmont Beverage.
He is survived by his father, Keith A. Eichenauer of Fort Wayne, IN; brother Paul (Lupita) Eichenauer of Fort Wayne, IN; niece Arianna Marie Eichenauer, great niece Journee Marie Eichenauer.
Douglas was preceded in death by his mother, Eleanor Eichenauer, July 9, 2019, maternal grandparents, Guadalupe and Silvestra M. Hernandez Sr. paternal grandfather, Eldon Eichenauer, maternal grandmother, Lucille Betty Brockhouse, Uncle Thomas Lynn Eichenauer.
Memorial service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, March 30, 2024 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. with visitation 2 hours prior. Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
