Earnest Lawson

Earnest Lawson, 76, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at Majestic Care, New Haven. Born August 14, 1943 in Field, KY, he was a son of the late Daniel and Mollie Lawson. Earnest proudly served in the U.S. Army for two years, was a member of American Legion Post 47, and retired from Supervalu. He is survived by his wife, Glenda Dincoff of Fort Wayne; children, Diana Wallace of Fort Wayne, Jim Dincoff of Fort Wayne, John (Dana) Dincoff of Fort Wayne, and Rod (Laura) Dincoff of San Jose, CA; seven grandchildren, Stasia, Andru, Brandin, Evin, Rachel, Alek, and Alyssa; six great-grandchildren; brother, Bobby (Libby) Lawson of Fort Wayne; and many nieces and nephews. He was also preceded in death by 11 siblings. Funeral Service is 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Advantage Funeral Home, 2403 East Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, with calling two hours prior.
