Elise Kay Wasylk, 27, born September 30, 1987 in Ft. Wayne died Saturday October 25, 2014 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Elise was a registered nurse at Parkview Surgery One. She is survived by her husband; Doug, son; Tucker Dean, parents; Jerry and Vivian Springer, brothers; Corey (Danielle) Springer and Wesley Springer and nieces; Adelyn and Abigail Springer all of Ft.Wayne. She is also survived by her father and mother-in-law; Brent and Deb Wasylk Ft. Wayne, brother-in-law; Daniel Wasylk Ft. Wayne, sisters-in-law; Kara Wasylk, Plainfield, Ind. and Kelsey Wasylk Indianapolis, and grandmother in law; Rita (Wasylk) Mahoney Ft. Wayne. Elise was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church Thiele Rd. Services will be held 10:30 A.M. Thursday, October 30, 2014 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church Thiele Rd. Visitation Wednesday 2-8 P.M.
