He spent his working life as a golf course architect, designer and builder throughout the Midwest.
He is survived by his wife of more than 59 years, Jan Schrock; children, Tonya (Dave) Holy, and Douglas Schrock; grandchildren, Ashlee (J.J.) Robinson, Andrew (Desiree) Holy, Cody Rogers, Austin Holy, Skyler Schrock, Hunter Holy, Mariah Schrock, and Braedon Holy; and great-grandchildren, Alexa, Keaton, Brooklyn, Carter, Kai-Jai, Floyd, and Addison. He was also preceded in death by ten siblings.
Funeral service will be at 12:00pm, Saturday, January 15, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Pine Valley Park Funeral Home, 1320 East Dupont Road, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm, Friday, January 14, 2022, at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be given to Central Ministries, or the Alzheimer’s Association.
