Erwin M. Brand

Erwin M. Brand, 96, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday, February 5, 2022. Born on September 24, 1925, in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Max and Ella Brand. Erwin was a devoted member of Zion Lutheran Church, Fort Wayne, he proudly served his country in the Army, and retired from GE, after more than 40 years of service as a machinist. He is survived by his niece, Maxine Brand. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Albert Brand; and sister, Helen Brand. A funeral service will be held at 1:30pm on Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at Zion Lutheran Church, 2313 South Hannah Street, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Burial will be in Concordia Cemetery Gardens, Fort Wayne. Arrangements have been entrusted to D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne.
