Evelyn M. Escobedo, 86, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Evelyn was born on December 24, 1938 in Highland Park, New Jersey, a daughter of the William and Ethel (Parker) McCann. She worked primarily in manufacturing roles. in her free time, she enjoyed going on walks and playing cards. She will be remembered for being funny and her sense of humor. Surviving family include her children, Robin Carter and Tom Hall; along with a host of other family members. Besides her parents, she was preceded in passing by her husband, Elias Escobedo, Sr; and her son, Robert Hall. Funeral service will be 1:30 pm on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at C.M. Sloan and Sons Funeral Home, 1327 North Wells Street, Fort Wayne with visitation beginning at 11:30 am. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery, Fort Wayne.
