Fouad "Fred" Michael Deeb

Fouad “Fred” Michael Deeb, 93, passed away January 9, 2024, in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born May 10, 1930 in Damascus Syria the son of Michael and Alia Deeb. Fred graduated High School in Syria and lived there for 22 years before moving to Fort Wayne in 1953. He attended college and Indiana Tech and Ivy Tech. Fred retired in 2007, from Press Seal Gasket as the Chief Engineer after 44 years of service. He was a member of St. John Chrysostom Church. Fred is survived by his wife of 65 years, Annie Marie Deeb of Fort Wayne, IN; son Alexander Deeb of Fort Wayne, IN; daughter Sheila (Greg) Deeb-Marlow of Mississippi, sisters Samira Deeb of Perrysburg, OH; Haifa Ghashash of Melbourne, Australia, granddaughter Alexandrea Bata and Kira Connell and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 10:00 am Friday, January 11, 2024, at St. John Chrysostom Church 402 Badiac Road Fort Wayne, IN with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5:00 pm -7:00 pm Thursday, January 10, 2024, at the church. Burial at Highland Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. John Chrysostom Church.
