Gary was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Fort Wayne, and retired in 2012, as a financial planner, after a career that spanned more than 50 years. He was a member of the Mizpah Shrine, and a Mason for many years. He is survived by his son, Greg (Phyllis) Stebbins, of Fort Wayne; grandsons, Scott (Carrie) Stebbins, and Randy (Becky) Grimes. He was also preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Vrina (nee Grimes) Stebbins; and siblings, Norman Stebbins, Lee Stebbins, Lowell Stebbins, and Shirley DiRocco.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, April 1, 2022, at First Presbyterian Church, 300 West Wayne Street, Fort Wayne, with calling one hour prior. Calling will also be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm on Thursday, March 31, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne.
