George Elmer Noble Sr.

George E. Noble Sr., 67, went home to be with our Lord on May 20th, 2026. George was born June 8th, 1958, in Fort Wayne, IN.to Russell Keith Noble Sr. and Avis Irene (Winchester) Noble Jones. George married Dawn R. (Reynolds) Noble on June 11, 1977. They shared a special love and were together almost 49 years before he was led to his eternal home.

He was multi-talented, but, spent most of his working life as a highly skilled carpenter. George loved riding his motorcycle, drawing, cooking, woodworking, and gardening. He made an impression everywhere he went with his quick-witted humor and charm. Most of all, he passionately loved his family.

George is survived by his wife; two sons, George E. (Shannon) Noble Jr. and Christopher L. (Kathryn) Noble, both of Fort Wayne, and daughter, Jennifer A.M. Noble of Fort Wayne; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brothers, Russell K. Noble of Paris, TN, Robert E. (Tina) Noble of Grabill, IN; and sisters, Shelba J. Hastreiter of Woodburn, IN, and Karen I. Heinkel of Fort Wayne, IN; along with a multitude of cousins, nieces, and nephews.

George was preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, John P. Noble.

There will be no public services at his request.

All donations should be given to the American Cancer Society or to George’s family to help with mounting medical expenses.
