Gloria Jeanne Slatton, 82 passed away Sunday January 24, 2021 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, IN. She was born November 30, 1938 in Fort Wayne IN to the late Rev. Howard W and Iva E. Eastes. Gloria was the office supervisor at Wood Youth Center for over 10 years. She was a member of Calvary Christian Fellowship. Gloria’s life passion was her church and faith. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Lonna Benson, John (Judy) Slatton,both of Fort Wayne, IN, 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband William D. Slatton in 2013, sons David Slatton, Rick Slatton and granddaughter Cheri L. Slatton.
Due to social distancing and current restrictions, a private Funeral Service will be 1:30 pm February 2, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. Please join the family virtually at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Facebook Page for the livestream service.
