Harley David Quackenbush, 65, of Fremont, Ind., passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born May 23, 1954 in Fort Wayne, he was a son of the late Harley and Mary (Hofer) Quackenbush. A graduate of Wayne High School, he was a line installer with Verizon for over 30 years.
