She leaves behind a beloved husband of 45 years, Michael; her three children, Emmanuel (Christie) Glick, Matthew and Stephanie (Evan) Miller; three sisters, Connie, Cheryl and Karen; as well as her pride and joy, her six grandchildren: Grace, Adelyne, Emily, Michael, Andrew and Hayden.
Holly proudly served on the SACS School Board for 20 years where she played a surrogate mother to thousands of other children who could never know how hard she fought for them behind closed doors. She advocated for every student in her district, regardless of socioeconomic status.
She also was a dedicated LPN for 22 years, doing what she did best, caring for others. Holly loved dogs, especially her Goldens, Hank and Oakley.
She was an avid bear collector, a lover of the Smoky Mountains and any beach she could sit and soak up the sun. Holly was a genuinely kind, loving and nurturing wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend whose loss will be felt forever.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation one hour prior. Visitation is also from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at the funeral home. Committal and burial will be at Covington Memorial Cemetery.
