JAIME ACOSTA, 52, passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2013, at St. Joseph Hospital. Born in El Paso, Texas, he was a son of the late Gilberto and Refugio Acosta. Jaime served in the Marine Corps for 12 years. He lived in Fort Wayne and had recently retired from Fort Wayne Newspapers. Surviving are his daughter, Allison Acosta, son, Trevor Acosta, and 10 siblings in El Paso. Service is from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at Sloan & Sons Funeral Home. Burial at Fort Bliss National Cemetery. Memorial to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
