Jamara Denise Holley was born on April 2, 2016 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Jaylin McLaughlin and Tamara Qunika Holley. Jamara was a helper, always doing something. If things didn't go her way, she would get upset and she would give you the puppy dog look, drop her head, poke out her lips and cross her arms. She would stand there until you felt sorry. She knew how to work a cell phone, and You Tube was her best friend to watch videos. Her most favorite thing was to help her mom care for Kamari. Jamara leaves to cherish her memory; parents, Jaylin McLaughlin and Tamara Qunika Holley; brothers, Kamari Otis Holley, Jamari Holley, and Jaylin McClaughlin Jr.; grandfather, Gary (Sharona) Benson; grandmother, Irene Holley, and Alice Perry; great-grandfather, Robert Benson; great-grandmothers, Louella Benson, and Betty McLaughlin; favorite cousins, Nalayah Smith, Andrea and Andrew Holley, Michael Adams III, and A'Miracle and A'Dream Stewart. Jamara was preceded in death by her sister, LaTrayah Ann Holley; great-grandfathers, Daniel Carswell, and Fredrick Pullum Sr.; and great-grandmother, Margaret Ann Holley.
