Jane,  how could I have known that my next door neighbor would become such a  special friend, every memory I have of Jane is dear to my heart.  I love her dearly and always will.
      I  am so happy that I met her family,  Karen has set a great example to others by her sacrificial care of Jane when she needed her to be by her side in the most difficult time of life.

Karen and her family used to live across the street from us, and we were very close.  Each year before Christmas we would look forward to her parents visiting for the holidays.  I felt like they were taking the place of ours, and I really enjoyed spending time with them.  I'm so sorry that the pandemic  prevented us from seeing Jane for so long.  We shall miss her. Jane was such a gracious and loving  person with a beautiful uniquely comical personality.  Tony and I first met Jane at Clear Lake Indiana and immediately fell in love.  She lighted up the room with her charm and wit.  We looked forward to seeing her every summer at the lake.

She will forever be missed by us and our love goes out to the family.

Oh how I miss you, Mother.  I read something or have something happen in the day and the first person I've always reached out to tell....is you.  I miss being able to yell "YOOHOO" and have you yell it back.  I miss coming out to the kitchen in the morning and bringing you your coffee.

It is amazing, how it's the most simple things that I miss.  Watching our beloved Masterpiece Mystery Movies together and asking, when they solved it,  if I'd missed something along the way and then laughing.  It's going grocery shopping and knowing you were thinking you "should" buy one of everything you hadn't seen before....If we were a family of 10 we couldn't have emptied the pantry.

It's your perfume you wore.

And lately, it's knowing that you aren't in pain anymore.  Knowing you're at peace and with Daddy.  It's knowing that we had almost 2 years together living in my home having so much fun.

I love you.
