Janice A. Moyer, 82, passed away on September 27, 2018. She was born in Fort Wayne on September 23, 1936, the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruth Hyser.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Donald J. Moyer; sons, James Moyer, Arthur Moyerl; daughter, Gayle Rigsby; special daughters, Peggy Bratt, and Rita Roach.
