Jason Elmer Schneider

Jason was self-employed in the construction trades and was very accomplished in all areas of home remodeling and concrete work. His greatest passion, however, was his family. Jason enjoyed playing baseball, going hunting/fishing with his sons, and spending time with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and carving walking sticks. Jason had an admiration for mushroom hunting with his wife, Misty.

He is survived by his wife, Misty Schneider; parents, Richard (Kim) Schneider, all of Fort Wayne, IN, Mary Jo (Jim) Warren of Charlestown IN; children, Tori, Brian, Jason Jr., and Nathan. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Justin and Daisey; brother, Richard Schneider Jr. (Stephanie) of Fort Wayne, IN; step-sisters, Jennifer Warren of Las Vegas, NV, Stephanie Warren of Clarksville, IN; and many neices, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and in-laws. He is preceeded in death by his grandson, Anthony Allen Jewell Jr.; grandparents, Elmer & Maxine Schneider, Ollie Voght, Edward Barva, Ruth & Donald Imel, and Ben & Marie Warren.

A funeral service to honor Jason's memory will be held at 4:00pm on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, with a visitation to begin at 2:00pm, two hours prior to the service.
