JC worked at General Electric for a number of years.
He is survived by a host of cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Johnny Blanks.
Funeral service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, July 29, 2021 at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home, 1140 Lake Ave., Ft. Wayne, IN 46805 with calling two hours prior.
Burial will take place at Covington Memorial Gardens, Fort Wayne, IN.
