

JEFFREY A. CLORE, 52, passed away Saturday, Feb. 18, 2017. Born in Fort Wayne, Jeff was the son of the late James Clore and Carolyn Conger. Jeff graduated from Paul Harding High School, class of 1982. He had been an engineer with CSX for the past 17 years. After his morning coffee, followed by his Diet Dr. Pepper, his day could begin. During his life, he enjoyed gardening, playing horseshoes, cards, board games, and being outdoors spending time with family and friends at Atwood Campground. Jeff was always busy tinkering with projects. He loved his family and cherished the time with his grandchildren. Surviving are his children, Daniel (Stacy) Clore II of Fort Wayne, Tracy (Calvin) Wynne of Riley, Kan. and Alexander (Britney) Clore of Bargersville; grandchildren, Harleigh Wynne, Kinsley Clore, Hudson Wynne, and Caroline Clore; companion, Virginia Boots of Fort Wayne; and his dog, Dixie. He was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Clore. A Celebration of Jeffrey's Life is 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 24, 2017, at D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 23, 2017, at the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne.
