Dearest Belinda and family,
I am in shock and utter disbelief at the tragic loss of Jeff.
He will always be in the hearts of those who had the honor to know him and love him for the wonderful man, father and husband that he was.
The testimony of Jeff's kind and loving nature is seen in his amazing family.
I have been honored and privileged to know this wonderful family for most of my life.
His smile, warm greetings and our "margarita nights" will be sorely missed.
I am so sorry for the sudden and tragic loss of your husband and father.
I pray that you find strength in your amazing family and your friends who will always miss him and we will always be there for you.
Blessings to Belind, the children, grandchildren and of course Jeff's father, Mr. Jim Gulley.
May you rest in peace my friend.

I am so sorry to hear of Jeff's passing. I remember the first time I met him working behind the jewelry counter when I worked for GTE.

He was truly a good man and enjoyed talking with him. He will be missed.

All of my prayers for the family and my deepest condolences.

Dear Dylan and Family,
What a good looking, generous, kind, and loving Dad you had. His smile was contagious. He was a gift to you and countless others in life. Great is His reward in heaven for following Jesus. I know it hurts down here on earth. It gives me comfort to know I’m one day closer to seeing my loved ones again.
Sending huge hugs and great love!

Dear Belinda and family,

There are no words to express our sadness at hearing of Jeff's passing. You are a special family to us after so many years of sports, overnights and playdates, and we have so many memories of Jeff and his enthusiasm, especially for basketball. He was a generous and kind man and never failed to greet any of us with a smile. You are all sincerely in our thoughts and prayers.

God's blessings,

Holly, Christian, Brooke and Karsten Enustun

What a loss! So sorry to hear of his passing. I remember visiting B&B when I was a young kid with my dad in the 70s. Getting to know the Gulleys has been wonderful and my memories of Jeff are all positive and filled with smiles. I will remember him as a great guy and friend. Condolences to his family.

Words are frail messengers to express my sadness at the passing of Jeff. It is my prayer that his family will find comfort in God's love and Christ's promises. I remember Jeff's birth and the joy he brought to Jim and Jackie. May all the memories over the years be sweet for all of Jeff's family and solace found there at this very difficult juncture.
