Born at Parkview Hospital on December 30, 1965, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jeffrey moved through life with a steady, compassionate spirit that was felt most clearly in the care he showed for those around him.
He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth Hill, of Fort Wayne; his siblings, Denise and James Hill, of Charlestown, Indiana; Victor and Jacquline Lopez, of Maui, Hawaii; Paul Williams of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Marvin and Tomena Williams, of Fort Wayne, Indiana; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews; and a step-son, Zach Steger, of Fort Wayne.

Those who knew Jeffrey knew the quiet satisfaction he found in simple, routines—especially mowing grass in the summertime. He also cherished the open road, taking long rides on his motorcycle, and he enjoyed the energy and excitement of car racing. He was so sad when Baer Field Raceway closed.
Through these everyday joys and lifelong interests, his warmth and compassion remained a constant, leaving a lasting imprint on the family and friends who will remember him with respect and gratitude.
