Thank you everyone for your kind words and memories.  Jeff died at home, probably of a heart attack.  Although much too young, at least he did not suffer.  He did not want a funeral, so I have honored that wish.  He kept his sense of humor, his love of reading and learning, and his vegetarian diet until the end.

Love,love, loved working with Jeff. He knew so much about so many different things and his sense of humor was beyond "normal" or PC. He made the hours go by so quickly at such a mundane job. He was one of a kind.

So sorry to hear about Jeff. You're in my thoughts.

You will always live in our hearts and prayers.

I was sorry to see that Jeff passed away. We grew up together, lived next door and went to school together.  Our parents were good friends.

I met Jeff when he came back to Fort Wayne and started at the post office on Harrison. We shared a lot of laughs over the years. He made a dull, repetitious job interesting with his offbeat sense of humor. RIP,my friend.
