Jo Ann Francione

Jo Ann Francione, age 56, passed away on Friday, January 17, 2025. Born August 4, 1968, in Brooklyn, New York, to parents Donald Eugene and Florence (Floor) Francione, Jo Ann was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt and friend to many. She graduated from Lafayette High School in Brooklyn, New York.

Spending time with her family was the most important to Jo Ann. Her unwavering dedication to her family was a source of joy and fond memories. Jo Ann was a kind heart and warm soul, always providing a smile, an open ear, and comfort.

Jo Ann is survived by her life partner, Peter Finch of Fort Wayne, Indiana; children, Christopher (Elexa) Ferrera of Kalamazoo, Michigan, John Ferrera of Kentucky, Donald Francione of Fort Wayne, Indiana; mother, Florence (Floor) Francione of Staten Island, New York; siblings, Eddie (Maria) Francione of Staten Island, New York, Debbie Valentino of Louisa, Virginia, Donna (Denis) Foti of Jackson, New Jersey, Linda (Mario) Maurino of Staten Island, New York; and cherished nieces and nephews of New York, New Jersey, and West Virginia.

Jo Ann is preceded in death by her father, Donald Eugene Francione.
