John’s greatest joy in life was spending time with his family and friends. He had a strong faith in the Lord. As a father, he took immense pride in his children, Rylee, Jace, and Colin, cherishing every moment with them. He had a natural ability to connect with those around him, and his friendships were a reflection of his loyalty and warmth.
John also enjoyed moments of relaxation, often watching his favorite sports teams, including the Chicago Cubs, Michigan Wolverines, and Chicago Bears. Whether surrounded by friends and family or enjoying the game on his own, these were some of his most cherished pastimes.
He was preceded in death by his father, Ben Conklin. He is survived by his mother, Lori Conklin; brothers, Jamie, Shawn & Amy (Hanke), Seth, and Brittany (Fields); his three children Rylee, Jace and Colin; and his nephews & niece Kaden, Benny, Grant, Ryleigh and Matthew. John will be remembered for his big heart, faith, his sense of humor, and the love he showed to all who knew him.
Though his time with us was far too short, John’s legacy of love, family, friendship, faith and dedication will endure.
