John C. Stabler Jr., age 71, of Fort Wayne, IN passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Stabler was born on July 23, 1947 in Lansing, MI to the late John C. Sr., and Dorothy Dean (Krepps) Stabler. He graduated from Sexton High School in Lansing, MI. John served his country honorably with the United States Army during the Vietnam War era. John worked in manufacturing for many years before retiring. He enjoyed fishing, playing guitar, and listening to classic rock and rhythm and Blues music. Survivors include his son, Chad (Laura) Stabler, grandchildren; Candace, Carese, Courtney, Cayden Bartlett, and Camryn Stabler, and sisters; Vicky (Ken) Schnepp, and Sandra (Phil) Crockett.
