I remember John as a long time neighbor and friend so many years ago.

I remember seeing John at the grocery store with a shoe box full of coupons.

I remember when both him and Jeremy put my fence panels back up when the wind blew it down.

I remember when he would come over when I was having a garage sale to talk and look. He always loved his garage sales.

I remember when John brought my cat back from being accidentally locked in his garage for 2 days.

I remember John as being a super nice guy who would do anything for anybody.

My deepest sympathy to the family.

Rest in peace John. You will be greatly missed.

I would say I've known John pretty much my whole life. We lived next door to each other and I grew up with Jeremy and Jason. He was such a patient, loving, caring, funny guy. I am truly blessed to have known him and he will truly be missed.

I used to live next door to the Thorsons for about 20 years and one of my favorite memories about John is that we used to have a cat named Pumpkin. Pumpkin would go over to their house and sit in their front yard everyday and would wait until John got home from work. When John got home he would sit in the yard with Pumpkin just petting him for hours before he would even go inside his house. It was such a wonderful sight to see them out there. It always put a smile on our faces. John always loved animals and loved everyone. He was such a wonderful kind hearted man. My heart just broke when i heard of his passing. Prayers to Kathy and the family. Im so sorry for your loss. God has definitely gained an angel.
