Jolena Helen Iacovacci, age 58, of Fort Wayne, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, November 9, 2021. She was born November 17, 1962 to the late John Iacovacci and Rosemary McKinney. Jolena worked as a registered nurse at Parkview Randalia, Fort Wayne, Ind. She retired as the Director of Nursing for Riverbend Nursing Home. Jolena was an avid General Hospital junkie. She was lovingly called, "Momo," not only by her grandkids, but by everyone she met.
Surving Jolena are daughters, Jessica Napier, Karen (Michael) Szabo, Tracy Crist, all of Fort Wayne; step-daughters: Jamie Ortiz and Jennifer Merritte, of Fort Wayne; granddaughter, Nichole Iacovacci-Szabo of Fort Wayne; grandsons, Nicholas Iacovacci, Nico Napier, and Chandler Strickland-Sutherlin, all of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters. Jolena was preceded in death by her son, Kenneth Eugene Crist, Jr.; and sister, Misty Arkwright.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 3:30 pm at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services - Mungovan, 2114 S. Calhoun Street in Fort Wayne, Ind. with visitation two hours prior.
