JOYCE ANN FISHER, 59, of Fort Wayne, died on Wednesday, Oct. 21, 2015, at St. Joseph Hospital. Born Nov. 11, 1955, in Fort Wayne, she was a daughter of the late Glen L. Fisher and Viola E. Fisher. She is survived by her aunt, Betty Dull of Fort Wayne. Funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015, at C.M. Sloan & Sons Funeral Home, 1327 N. Wells St., with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial in Prairie Grove Cemetery. Preferred memorials to the Allen County S.P.C.A.
