She was born in Hoopeston, IL in 1938 to Harold and Catherine Gentry and spent most of her childhood in Lebanon, IN. Judy attended Lebanon High School before studying education and graduating from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN, where she was an active member of Kappa Alpha Theta fraternity.
Judy started a career in elementary education before marrying her husband, John. She enjoyed her time with Junior League and volunteered with a local hospice organization. She loved her time at Clear Lake and was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband, John M. Clifton, and is survived by her children John Clifton and Elizabeth (Ronald) Miller; and her beloved grandchildren, Samantha and Grant Miller and Taylor and Cole Clifton.
At this time, the family has chosen a private burial for Judith. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Stillwater Hospice of Fort Wayne. Arrangements entrusted to D.O.
