She was born on November 9, 1945, to Maurice and Deloris Pfeiffer. She graduated from New Haven High School in 1963 and went on to earn a bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a master's degree from Indiana University. Judy worked at International Harvester and Lincoln Financial Group, retiring in 2010. She was a member of Trinity English Lutheran Church, and enjoyed reading, cooking, traveling, golfing, sewing, and quilting.
Judy is survived by her partner, Howard Shook; son, Corey (Jennifer) Rusk; grandchildren, Michael and Morgan Rusk; and brother Richard (Ann-Nora) Pfeiffer. She was preceded in death by her parents.
