Judith Ellen Schultheis

Judith Ellen Schultheis, 81, passed away November 18, 2023, at Coventry Meadows Auguste’s Cottage in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born July 13, 1942, in Berne, IN, the daughter of Claude and Margaret (Lee) Biberstein. She married the love of her life, John R. Schultheis, on November 7, 1964. She raised her three sons, ran the house, and handled the bookkeeping of the Pepperidge Farm Franchise she owned with her husband John. She was artistic, an avid reader, and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Judith is survived by her sons, Phillip (Louise) Schultheis, David (Denise) Schultheis, both of Roanoke, IN, and Scott Schultheis of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Katie (Tyler) Mitchell, Michael Schultheis, Audrey (Sam) Morken, and Jacob Schultheis; great-grandchildren, Calvin, Madeline, and Vincent; sister, Sharon (Joe) Potts; and sister-in-law, Thelma Biberstein. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Schultheis, parents, Claude and Margaret Biberstein, and brother, Weldon Biberstein. Visitation will be from 3:30 to 5:30 pm Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN, with memorial service at 5:30 pm.
