To all those who have taken the time to enter your feelings and thoughts, you are appreciated more than you will ever know..  

Judy had many lifetimes, from being a chubby child to a 2 year national honor society member - a cheerleader - and class officer in high school, to a Saint Francis student, to being a dress and catalog model, to an Asst. Manager of a bank branch,  to a Department Manager of the Fort Wayne State Hospital, to a young wife with children, and a mandate from me to "stay home" and raise the children. From that mandate she made a fine career as a loving Day Care owner, often earning more than me, and being with her own children as well as many many children, and their wonderful parents. She loved that part of her life, and what she believed was an important and fulfilling career.  Last was her short Career as a Bank Teller for ProFed CU.  Judy has a hard time competing in the political environment, and also had difficulty dealing with less than perfection, but she did it, and always managed it with a smile.. Dealing with her "older ladies", or someone with trouble always made her feel so personally satisfied.  

It is very sad that Judy did not have the joy of her retirement, but by God's grace she left us entirely too soon, but without pain or suffering.  We all can remember her as we last saw her, not doubt, happy with a big smile..

My relationship with this special lady lasted almost exactly 43 years. From the time I was a late teen, I was loved by Dear Judy, adopted by her family, and shared with her the front car on the rollercoaster of life.  We lived through many perfect moments, and knew more than our share of wonderful children and people.  The highlight of her life  was our boys Rick and Jeff, and the  icing on her cake was her extraordinary grandchildren Tyler and Tiffany.

Judy was a very special lady, and will be missed by so many of us. But, as I am sure we would all agree, she was happy and satisfied with her life. She always felt comfort from so many aspects of her life, especially her family, and all the people that she shared love with.

Judy was one of the most special women I've been blessed to know.  She was like my second mother and she was fundamental to my childhood and shaping me into the woman I am.  I will forever miss her and she always hold a special place in my heart.

It is with extreme sadness that we learn of Judy's death.  She was a second mother to our Bernie having babysat him from 3 months to 7 years old.  We enjoyed her pleasant smile and the many conversations we had with her at ProFed.  We hope that fond memories will carry you through this most difficult time.

Judy was a part of so many families.  For a number of years she watched Tara and Wes.  They looked forward to going to Judy's and we as parents appreciated her a great deal.  Though the time has passed and they are now adults, we often talk of the times at Judy's.  We will always have the memories, Judy will have our love and her family has our sincere condolences for their loss.

We became acquainted with Mrs. Stacy as members of the Professional Federal Credit Union.  Her smile and manner were always welcoming and understanding.  Her helpfulness will always be remembered.

Judy was not only my childhood babysitter but like a second mother to me. To this day I still have no idea how she made it look so easy to take care of so many kids. She not only cared for us but about us. We all had our own unique relationship with her and she made us each feel special in our own way. She was there for my first day of school, my wedding, and my baby shower. Thank you Judy for the many wonderful memories of my childhood spent at your house. There will never be another like you.

Judy was such a big part of my life and my childrens lifes ,I can't believe she is gone. My family and I were totally devastated to hear of her passing.When I saw her last she seemed so happy. Judy babysit for my two daughters through all their elementary school years, they called her their "second Mother". She was also my best friend for many years through thick and thin, I don't know what I would have done without her.She was always their with a ready ear and a joyful heart. We grew apart the last few years, but my world will be a much sadder place without her. I think of all the children's lifes she touched through the daycare she had for many years. What a difference she made in those young people's lifes with her love and guidance throughout their formative years. Her family WAS her treasure, all my family's condolences and love go to Jeff,Kim,Tiffany and Tyler, Ricky and his wife, and Rick. I love you Judy and will miss you terribly, but I know how happy you are to be with your mother ,father and brother in heaven and with our Lord and Savior.

Judy was one of the sweetest people you would ever meet. She adored her family and especially her two boys, Jeff and Ricky and her precious grandkids, Tyler and Tiffany. She always talked about all four of them at work. It is still just a shock to know she is no longer with us. She will be truly missed by all of us at Profed. My prayers go out to her family thru this most difficult time. Just know she was VERY truly PROUD of you, Jeff and Ricky! She loved both of you very much!! Judy, you will be forever with me....

It saddens me to know such a beautiful, charismatic woman has left us.  Judy was not only like a second mother to me, she was my friend.  You will be forever in my heart.  I will always love you Judy.

As one of the many parents who had children under Judy's care, I would like to express my gratitude in having known her.  She had a very rare quality in her ability to give excellent care for children and give them the feeling of being very special.  With our children in her excellent care, as parents, we could then do our job at our employment, knowing that our children were "in good hands".  Her family can be very proud of the contribution that Judy made to so many families.  My prayers for God's comfort during this difficult time are with you.

I was so sorry to hear about Judy.  I know how much she was looking forward to retirement.  She was always such a positive person.  I knew her from ProFed, Holy Cross and the neighborhood.  May your memories and strength from God sustain you.  SallySchilf

I was sad to read of Judy's passing. I always looked forward to visiting with her at Pro Fed. She was so kind to me when my son passed away last month and would always ask me how I was doing. My thoughts and prayers for her family.
