JUDY E. BOOKS, 75, went to heaven Wednesday, December 24, 2014, at her residence in Ossian. Born in Bloomington, Judy was a cashier with MCL Cafeteria. She was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church and enjoyed reading, her pets and helping others. Surviving are her brotherS, Ronald Weddle of Patricksburg and Stan (Joyce) Weddle of Huntertown; niece, Judy (Scott) Fiely of Crawfordsville; two nieces and three nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Books; parents, Charles and Margaret (Swearingen) Weddle. Service is 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 3, 2015 at D.O. McComb & Sons Foster Park Funeral Home, 6301 Fairfield Avenue with calling one hour prior. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church or the MS Society.
