Julia Ann Miller, 93, passed away August 9, 2023, at the Markle Health and Rehab in Markle, IN. She was born April 27, 1930, in Wabash, IN, the daughter of Hugh and Lucile Cleveland. Julia graduated from Lagro High School in 1948. She was a clerk at Keltch Pharmacy for many years and retired in 1992. After retirement Julia loved to spend time at church activities and doing what she enjoyed most of all by spending time with family. She enjoyed seeing her grandchildren as often as possible. Julia made lasting memories with the people she met because of her wonderful sense of humor and caring ways!! Julia was loved by her family and will be truly missed.
Julia is survived by her sons, Eric (Jeannie) Miller of Las Cruces, NM; Brad (Kim) Miller of Fort Wayne, IN; and Brent (Loretta) Miller of Bluffton, IN; five grandchildren: Luke Miller, Stacy Edgell, Todd Miller, Trent Miller and Brittany Fomley. Julia also had seven great-grandchildren: A.J. Edgell, Adam Edgell, Eli Miller, Adelaide Miller, Evan Miller, Raema Miller and Nora Fomley. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Miller, in 1994; sister, Doris Chance; and a brother, Darren Lee Cleveland.
Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday August 15, 2023, at D.O. McComb and Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, 8325 Covington Road, Fort Wayne, IN, with visitation two hours prior at the funeral home. Burial and committal service will be 3:00 pm Tuesday August 15, 2023, at Hopewell Cemetery, Wabash, IN. Memorials may be made to River of Life Ministries of Bluffton, IN.
