She attended North Side High School and graduated from Peen Foster High School in 2007.
Karen worked at Mullinex and later at Ardvark Paper Company in Fort Wayne, IN.
She is survived by her husband, Michael E. Wappes of Fort Wayne, IN, daughter, Marie A. (Jonathon) Longenberger; sons, Drew S. Lincoln, Anthony W. Lincoln, brother, Michael (Roberta) Christlieb and a granddaughter, Meglynn Lincoln.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Victor Christlieb.
A memorial service will be 5:00 pm Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at D.O. McComb and Sons Lakeside Park Funeral Home 1140 Lake Ave. Fort Wayne, IN, with gathering one hour prior.
