Kathleen is survived by her children, Heath Haver and Heather Millage; grandchildren, Haley Haver, Elijah and Ezekiel Millage; sisters, Sharon Shea, Barb (Bob) Forest, Mary Rauscher, and Nancy Dunn; brothers, David (Diane), Dennis, and Ronald Lothamer.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services (2403 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Funeral Service will follow visitation on Wednesday at 2:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will conclude services at Highland Park Cemetery (2403 E. Wallen Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46825).
Memorial contributions may be made to Adams Heritage Activities Department or Heartland Hospice.
