Kathy Elaine Weaver, 67, passed away Wednesday February 9, 2022 unexpectedly at her home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born November 26, 1954 in Columbia, South Carolina the daughter of the late Cyril Eugene and Norma Jean Adams. She was a surgical hostess coordinator at Parkview Regional Medical Center for 9 years. Kathy loved watching lifetime movies, tending to her flowers and attending her grandkids sporting events. She always put others first and never herself and never knew a stranger. Her passion was spending time with her beautiful daughters and grandchildren.
Kathy is survived by her daughters, Ashley (Justin) Galentine of Fort Wayne, IN; Rachel (Olivier) Legault of Leo, IN; sister Deb (Rick) Byanski , brother Jeff (Pam) Adams both of Fort Wayne, IN; grandchildren, Kingston and Kinley Galentine, Emma, Easton, Bauer, and Beau Legault, and former husband Rick Weaver of Fort Wayne, IN.
Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Friday February 18, 2022 at Emanuel Lutheran Church 800 Green Street, New Haven, IN with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 3-7 Thursday February 17, 2022 at D.O. McComb and Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home 4017 Maplecrest Road Fort Wayne, IN. Memorials may be made to the SPCA.
