Kenneth Wayne Christlieb

Kenneth Wayne Christlieb, 71, of Fort Wayne IN, passed away March 9th 2020 in Fort Wayne, IN., after a rough battle with cancer. Kenneth was born August 20, 1948 in Fort Wayne, IN to the late Charles and Elenora G. Christlieb. Kenny worked as a truck driver for 30 years. He worked at United Van lines until his retirement. United Van lines was rated number one moving business in the country during Kenny’s time there. He loved cars, and he was also a seasoned mechanic. He had his own auto repair business before he started truck driving. He was his friend’s go to man when they needed car repairs. He also loved his Harley- Davidson and his other motorcycles. He worked in construction, waste management, and welding as well. He loved fishing, working out, and spending time with his wife, children, and friends. He loved making people laugh and smile with his good sense of humor. He was a wonderful and loving husband and father. Being well loved by all his family and many friends, he will be greatly missed. He is survived by his wife Shirley Christlieb, his two sons Derek and Ed Christlieb, his three daughters Shannon Christlieb, Sandra Stewart, and Tammy Lasch, and his step-son Robert Deaton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, and 1 step great grandchild. Private Graveside Service will be held at Lindenwood Cemetery Fort Wayne, IN.
