

REV. KENNETH FENSLER, 87, passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Born in McGuf-fey, Ohio, Kenneth was a minister for over 50 years serving churches in Indiana, Ohio and Illinois. He was a member of the Foster Park Lions Club where he was District Chaplain for 25 B. Kenneth was a World War II Marine Corp. veteran that enjoyed motorcycle riding and woodworking. Surviving are his wife, Linda Fensler of Fort Wayne; sons, Steven (Carlen) Fensler of Fort Wayne, David (Lindsey) Fensler of Glenview, Ill. and Chris (Sue) Fensler of Roanoke; daughter, Ruth (Greg) Hazelet of Fort Wayne; stepsons, Meldon Maddox of Harrison Township, Mich. and Wes Maddox of Westfield, Ind.; sister, Kathleen (Tom) Spencer of Phoenix, Ariz.; nine grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Ruth Fensler; and sister, Phyllis Hiatt. Service is 2 p.m. Monday at D.O. McComb & Sons Maplewood Park Funeral Home, 4017 Maplecrest Road, with calling one hour prior. Calling also from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial in Greenlawn Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to The Fort Wayne Rescue Mission.
