Kevin M. Amstutz, 69, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2026. He was born on April 17, 1957, in Fort Wayne, a son of the late Donnie and Helen (Champlin) Amstutz. He earned his Masters degree in Education from Indiana University. He worked as a Spanish and English teacher at Blackhawk Middle School, retiring in 2015. In his free time, he watched baseball and the Hallmark Channel, he enjoyed swimming, and liked all things Doris Day. Per his request, no services will be held and he will be laid to rest with his parents at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Fort Wayne. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fort Wayne Animal Care & Control.
